girls, you are beautiful !

So here is my first article. I choosed to talk about one of my favourite female bodybuilder, the amazing IFBB competitor Suzy Kellner ! It's one of the most impressive body change than i've ever seen. The first pic on the left was took in 2004 and the last pic on the right is nowadays. Honestly i didn't know what pics to take because every pic of suzy is special ! I'm sorry i know i'm gonna break hearts but she already found the love so please don't ask her if she wants to mary you xD !

So as you can see the transformation is unbelievable but it ask years of hard training and a lot of dieting, even if suzy was a very charming lady i think her body improvements make her looking a hundred times more beautiful. Some of people would say " hey she looked better when she didn't have all those muscles !!! " , i heard that so much time that I lost the count  ! But hey that's not my opinion, i think there is something special in suzy's eyes , i don't know how to describe it but you clearly see she feels like a woman and she is right to think it^^ !  People just have to admit she is just a source of motivation and a real inspiration ! 

That's why i love her, when you look at her in the eyes , you definitely know she know exactly where she wants to go, the only difference between her and the people who are criticizing female bodybuilding is that she don't care what people are saying, she just keep going and she is right to do it. But hey , i have to say muscular gilrs have their fans too, and not justa  few ! 

I mean why muscles on women would be a "man looking" ,look at suzy she got an angel face, i think her haircut give her a charming personality, she got a godess body and i could continue this way for a long time ! I perfectly understand you don't like but the way you wouldn't like blond girls or tall girls. I'm repeating it but feminity can't be reduce to wearing a dress, being thin without any muscles and just cooking if you know, what i mean , we are on the 21th century and women must fight even nowadays to have an equal situation than men, i think female bodybuilding is a great symbol of this.

Like my facebook friends already knows, i'm a huge fan of female bodybuidling and like a lot of people , i'm tired when i hear that muscular female look "like men" !!! so i decided to create a blog to finally show to all the haters of what we do that it's asking a lot of every day sacrifices and a lot of time too! 

I want to say this too : meanwhile some of them are too buisy to watch the tv , those women are spending there day to do what they have to do to earn money, (it's called work ! ) dome of them work as coach , some of them don't but anyway they're all going to the same place before the sunrise and when he comes down : the gym. Meanwhile you're going to the fastfood, they're preparing their lunch until the last portion to achieve their goals and they do it every days! 

What do they have in return , critics , they are compared to men ! But it's great to see that a lot of people are behind you girls and i'm in ! 

But i want to tell you this, feminity can't be resume to wear a dress and high heels, be a blond top model with big boobs! Not at all, feminity is a spirit Aposition, a way to feel inside your body and mind . Anyway girls, you are beautiful, look at all the people who tell it every day ^^ ! When you're criticizing those girls, you're simply jealous because they do what you would love to do but the only difference is they have the bravery to do it, not you ! So  stop trying to make them believe they are not sexy, they are sexy and brave and i'm gonna show you they're the sexiest ^^ !
